- Dual-density medial ankle protectors, positioned between the upper and the padded lining for strategic and flexible protection in key areas
- TPU ankle element extended into the lower lateral area for greater support and protection
- TPR inserts on the lateral calf and lateral toe slider for more support, protection, and flexibility
- Newly designed TPR heel counter for additional lateral support and safety
- Internal toe box and heel counter reinforcements layered under the upper for a more ergonomic design
- Asymmetric toe for protection in the gear shift area
- Dedicated seamless medial panel, combined with a soft TPU area for greater structure and comfort

- Richiesta: accedi alla tua Area Personale e seleziona l'ordine che desideri restituire.
- Autorizzazione: una volta inviata la richiesta, riceverai un'e-mail con le istruzioni e l'etichetta da applicare al pacco.
- Spedizione: potrai consegnare il pacco presso un punto di ritiro (es: BRT, Ufficio Poste, InPost) più vicino a te.
Controllo Qualità e Accettazione del Reso
È fondamentale che il prodotto arrivi nelle nostre mani nelle stesse condizioni in cui lo hai ricevuto.
- Verifica: una volta ricevuto il pacco in magazzino, i nostri incaricati effettueranno un controllo tecnico.
- Condizioni: il prodotto deve essere integro, non utilizzato e completo di confezione originale. Se il prodotto mostra segni di usura, danni o non è più rivendibile, il reso sarà purtroppo rifiutato.
- Esito negativo: in caso di rifiuto, ti informeremo immediatamente. Il prodotto resterà a tua disposizione per il ritiro (a tue spese) presso i nostri magazzini, oppure potremo rispedirtelo previo addebito dei costi di spedizione.
Tempi di Rimborso
Il rimborso verrà effettuato sul tuo metodo di pagamento originale (o, se preferisci, tramite un buono spesa valido 365 giorni) solo dopo l'esito positivo del controllo qualità.
