Order Cancellation Policy

The company Cober S.r.l.s. (hereinafter "Cober", owner of the Aventurx brand) reserves the right to cancel any order placed through our website aventurx.com for the following reasons:

- Price Error
In the event of an obvious error in the price indicated for one or more products, Cober reserves the right to cancel the order. A pricing error may result from a technical error or a system malfunction, and in such cases, the customer will be promptly informed of the order cancellation and will receive a full refund.

- Stock Error
If a product is out of stock or unavailable at the time of order processing, Cober reserves the right to cancel the order. In such a case, the customer will be informed, and if payment has already been made, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

- Validly Stated Reasons
Cober reserves the right to cancel an order for legitimate and valid reasons, which will be communicated to the customer at the time of cancellation. Such reasons may include, by way of example, issues related to order security, attempted fraud, or discrepancies in the data provided.

In case of order cancellation, the customer will receive a communication via email or through another contact method provided at the time of the order. Refunds, if due, will be made using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.
