How to use

First, remove coarse dirt (mud, dried insects) with lukewarm water and a soft cloth to avoid micro-scratches.

Shake the can well.

Spray the product on both sides of the visor from a distance of approximately 15–20 cm.

Let it act for a few seconds.

Wipe gently with a clean, soft microfiber cloth without applying excessive pressure.

If necessary, repeat the operation and finish with the dry side of a second cloth to remove any remaining smears.
This type of product is designed to keep the visor optically clean and transparent, improving visibility and reducing the accumulation of residues that can cloud the surface over time.
Warnings

Do not use on padded interior helmet parts: there are specific cleaners available for the interior (e.g., OJ Helmet / Foam).

Avoid using paper, tissues, rough or abrasive cloths: they can scratch the polycarbonate and surface treatments.

Do not apply on the visor while riding; use only when the vehicle is stationary and the visor is cool or at room temperature.

Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and flames.
If the visor has a Pinlock treatment or integrated anti-fog systems, it is still good practice to verify that the manufacturer of the helmet or the treatment does not indicate any specific restrictions on the cleaners to be used.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Aventurx. If for any reason you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
How the refund works
To cover handling costs, a fixed fee of €5.00 will be deducted directly from your total refund amount.
The step-by-step procedure
- Request: access your Personal Area and select the order you wish to return.
- Authorization: once the request has been submitted, you will receive an email with instructions and the label to attach to the package.
- Shipping: you can drop off the package at a pickup point (e.g., BRT, Post Office, InPost) nearest to you.
Quality Control and Return Acceptance
It is essential that the product reaches us in the same condition as you received it.
- Verification: once the package is received at the warehouse, our staff will perform a technical inspection.
- Conditions: the product must be intact, unused, and complete with its original packaging. If the product shows signs of wear, damage, or is no longer resellable, the return will unfortunately be rejected.
- Negative outcome: in case of rejection, we will notify you immediately. The product will remain available for pickup (at your expense) from our warehouses, or we can reship it to you upon payment of shipping costs.
Refund Times
The refund will be issued to your original payment method (or, if you prefer, via a voucher valid for 365 days) only after the successful outcome of the quality control.
