Order Cancellation Policy

The company Cober S.r.l. (hereinafter "Cober", owner of the Aventurx brand) reserves the right to cancel any order placed through our website aventurx.com for the following reasons:

- Pricing Error
In the event of an obvious error in the price indicated for one or more products, Cober reserves the right to cancel the order. The pricing error may arise from a technical error or a system malfunction, and in such cases, the customer will be promptly informed of the order cancellation and will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

- Inventory Error
If a product is out of stock or unavailable at the time of order processing, Cober reserves the right to cancel the order. In such a case, the customer will be informed and, if payment has already been made, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

- Validly Stated Reasons
Cober reserves the possibility to cancel the order for legitimate and valid reasons, which will be communicated to the customer at the time of cancellation. Such reasons may include, by way of example, issues related to order security, fraud attempts, or discrepancies in the data provided.

In case of order cancellation, the customer will receive a notification via email or through other contact means provided at the time of the order. The refund, if due, will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.
