Instructions for use

Remove any removable padding, if the helmet allows, and clean them separately according to the helmet manufacturer's instructions.

Shake the can well.

Spray the foam evenly inside the helmet, at a distance of about 15–20 cm, focusing on the cheek pads, forehead area, and strap.

Leave to act for a few minutes (typically 3–5 minutes) for the product to dissolve dirt and odors.

Wipe off with a clean microfiber cloth or a dry sponge, removing excess foam.

Air out the helmet in a ventilated environment until the interior is completely dry before wearing it again.
For routine maintenance, this type of product is useful between full cleanings of the padding, especially in summer or after long, sweaty rides.
Warnings

Do not use on visors, Pinlock, or transparent optical parts, unless explicitly indicated by the manufacturer; for visors, a dedicated optical cleaner is preferred.

Avoid over-saturating the padding: too much moisture can prolong drying times and promote mold if the helmet is not aired out well.

Do not apply on broken or irritated skin; in case of contact with eyes or mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with water.

Keep away from heat sources and flames; use in a ventilated environment.
If the helmet has removable padding that is washable in water, the spray is a complement for refreshing and sanitizing between washes, not a complete replacement for periodic washing with water and mild detergent.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Aventurx. If for any reason you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
How the refund works
To cover handling costs, a fixed fee of €5.00 will be deducted directly from your total refund amount.
The step-by-step procedure
- Request: access your Personal Area and select the order you wish to return.
- Authorization: once the request has been submitted, you will receive an email with instructions and the label to attach to the package.
- Shipping: you can drop off the package at a pickup point (e.g., BRT, Post Office, InPost) nearest to you.
Quality Control and Return Acceptance
It is essential that the product reaches us in the same condition as you received it.
- Verification: once the package is received at the warehouse, our staff will perform a technical inspection.
- Conditions: the product must be intact, unused, and complete with its original packaging. If the product shows signs of wear, damage, or is no longer resellable, the return will unfortunately be rejected.
- Negative outcome: in case of rejection, we will notify you immediately. The product will remain available for pickup (at your expense) from our warehouses, or we can reship it to you upon payment of shipping costs.
Refund Times
The refund will be issued to your original payment method (or, if you prefer, via a voucher valid for 365 days) only after the successful outcome of the quality control.
