How to use

Make sure the helmet is cool and not exposed to direct sunlight.

First, remove sand, dried mud, or coarse debris with lukewarm water and a soft cloth: rubbing abrasive particles on a glossy shell can cause micro-scratches.

Shake the bottle well.

Spray the product onto a clean microfiber cloth or onto the shell from a moderate distance.

Gently wipe the surface with the cloth, without applying pressure.

Finish with the dry side of a second microfiber cloth to eliminate any streaks.

For frequent use, a clean microfiber cloth is essential: paper, tissues, and rough cloths can mark a glossy finish or a visor. Helmet and visor cleaners are normally designed to treat dirt, dust, sweat, and oily residues more gently than general products.
Precautions
Do not apply on the visor, sun visor, Pinlock, lenses, displays, internal seals, or padding, unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer. For visors and goggles, a dedicated optical cleaner applied with a soft cloth is preferable.
Avoid using it on matte, satin, rubberized, or soft-touch finishes, or on helmets with unique graphics without first testing it in a hidden area: a cleaner formulated for "glossy helmets" could alter the aesthetic result of matte surfaces. Do not use on parts where a glossy film can be dangerous, such as grips, the seat, footrests, or controls.

Returns and Refunds

How the refund works
To cover handling costs, a fixed fee of €5.00 will be deducted directly from your total refund amount.

- Authorization: once the request has been submitted, you will receive an email with instructions and the label to attach to the package.
- Shipping: you can drop off the package at a pickup point (e.g., BRT, Post Office, InPost) nearest to you.
Quality Control and Return Acceptance
It is essential that the product reaches us in the same condition as you received it.
- Verification: once the package is received at the warehouse, our staff will perform a technical inspection.
- Conditions: the product must be intact, unused, and complete with its original packaging. If the product shows signs of wear, damage, or is no longer resellable, the return will unfortunately be rejected.
- Negative outcome: in case of rejection, we will notify you immediately. The product will remain available for pickup (at your expense) from our warehouses, or we can reship it to you upon payment of shipping costs.
Refund Times
The refund will be issued to your original payment method (or, if you prefer, via a voucher valid for 365 days) only after the successful outcome of the quality control.
