OJ CHAIN GREASE SPRAY 200ML

The OJ 200 ml Chain Grease Spray is a compact, water-repellent lubricant for the maintenance of motorcycle and scooter final drives. Its high-adhesion formula is designed to penetrate between the links, protect against rust and wear, and minimize splatter on the rim and bike while riding.

Instructions for use

1. Position the motorcycle safely on the center or rear stand, with the engine completely off.

2. Clean the chain with a specific cleaner and let it dry before lubricating.

3. Shake the can vigorously.

4. Spray the product on the inner side of the chain, preferably on the lower run moving toward the sprocket, rotating the wheel exclusively by hand. This allows the lubricant to reach the rollers, links, and O-rings.

5. Apply a thin, even layer, avoiding excess.

6. Wait at least 15–30 minutes before riding, so the solvents evaporate and the grease becomes more adhesive.

7. Remove any excess product from the rim and swingarm with a clean cloth.

Recommended use

It is suitable for periodic maintenance of motorcycles and scooters with chain drives, both for urban and touring use. The compact size is particularly useful to keep with you during trips or weekends, for maintenance after rain, washing, or long journeys.

For complete maintenance, clean the chain first, check tension, alignment, and wear state, then apply the lubricant. Repeat the treatment after washing, wet or dusty rides, and according to the motorcycle manufacturer's recommendations.

Safety

Use the product in a ventilated area away from flames, sparks, cigarettes, and hot parts. Do not start the engine or shift gears during application: the wheel must only be moved by hand to avoid the risk of fingers, gloves, or clothing being caught in the drivetrain.

Avoid any contamination of tires, brake discs, calipers, or pads. In case of accidental contact, clean the surfaces immediately with a suitable product before using the motorcycle.
