Description
The Leatt ADV HydraDri 7.5 Motorcycle Gloves are waterproof and breathable adventure gloves, designed to handle rain, wind, and variable riding conditions without sacrificing sensitivity or protection. They combine a HydraDri® EVO 20K/20K membrane with 3DF knuckle guards, TPR finger reinforcements, and a seamless leather palm.
Features
-
Membrane: Waterproof and breathable HydraDri® EVO, with rated values of 20,000 mm water column and 20,000 g/m²/24 h breathability.
-
Knuckle protection: 3DF Soft Impact foam, flexible during use and designed to absorb impacts.
-
Certification: Knuckle protection tested and CE EN 13594:2015 certified, Level 1.
-
Finger protection: TPR elements on fingers, designed to increase protection against impacts and abrasions.
-
Palm: Seamless leather to improve comfort, durability, and grip on handlebars and levers.
-
Palm slider: Protective sliders on the palm to reduce friction in the event of a fall.
-
Reinforcements: Dual-layer construction in critical areas most exposed to impacts and wear.
-
Visor wiper: Rain wiper insert on the left thumb, useful for clearing water and moisture from the visor.
-
Touchscreen: Conductive material on the index finger for using smartphones or GPS without removing the gloves.
-
Closure: Adjustable hook-and-loop wrist strap; the standard version uses the FreeFlex closure to improve wrist mobility.
-
Fit: Standard style worn over the wrist, useful for overlapping with a jacket cuff; also available in a short version for those looking for less bulk.
Recommended use
These are suitable for touring, commuting, Adventure travel, and riding in unstable weather. The HydraDri EVO membrane aims to keep hands dry in the rain, while the lack of heavy winter insulation makes them more versatile for spring, autumn, and damp conditions that are not necessarily freezing.
For very low temperatures, it is preferable to opt for the Leatt SubZero 7.5 model, which adds specific thermal insulation. The HydraDri 7.5s, on the other hand, prioritize waterproofing, breathability, control, and travel versatility.
Design and comfort
The design combines soft knuckle protection with TPR elements, a seamless leather palm, and dedicated sliders: a solution designed for those who want comfort on long distances without giving up essential protective zones. The visor wiper on the left thumb and touchscreen compatibility add convenience when riding in the rain or using a GPS during a break.
