IXS LIZ-ST WOMEN'S TOURING JACKET

The IXS Liz-ST Women’s Touring Jacket is a waterproof textile jacket designed for year-round riders. It combines a robust 450D polyester exterior, a solto-TEX® Z-Liner membrane, a removable thermal lining, six ventilation openings, and CE protectors on the shoulders and elbows, offering comfort and versatility for both touring and daily use.

• Outer fabric: Abrasion-resistant 450D polyester.

• Membrane: Two-layer solto-TEX® with Z-Liner construction, waterproof, windproof, and breathable.

• Fixed lining: Breathable mesh with a water barrier, designed for more comfortable moisture management.

• Thermal lining: Removable polyester padding, useful for adapting the jacket to cooler temperatures.

• Ventilation: Six adjustable openings to promote airflow; dual-slider zippers are provided on the cuffs to improve ventilation.

• Shoulder protectors: ImpacTec® protectors certified to EN 1621-1:2012, Level 1.

• Elbow protectors: ImpacTec® EN 1621-1:2012 Level 1 protectors, height-adjustable for proper positioning.

• Back protector: Pocket prepared for an optional (highly recommended) IXS back protector; please check the compatibility and certification of the protector purchased.

• Garment certification: Available commercial documentation identifies the Liz-ST as a technical jacket with CE protection; check the internal label of the specific version for the EN 17092 certification class.

• Adjustments: Adjustable volume on elbows, arms, cuffs, waist, and hem to adapt the fit to your body and clothing layers.

• Collar: Adjustable closure with a comfortable finish in the neck area.

• Pockets: Three outer pockets, two inner pockets in the fixed lining, and two Napoleon pockets.

• Trouser connection: Perimeter/connection zipper for compatible motorcycle trousers.

• Visibility: Transfer prints and reflective details to increase visibility in low light.

Recommended use

It is suitable for touring, commuting, and road trips in variable weather conditions. The solto-TEX® membrane protects against rain and wind, the removable thermal lining makes the jacket more comfortable in cool temperatures, and the six ventilation points help improve airflow in the spring and on mild days.

On hotter days, remove the thermal lining and open the vents; in case of persistent rain, make sure to properly close all zippers and adjustments. While it offers a versatile structure, the Liz-ST does not replace a specific mesh garment for intense heat.

Design and comfort

The feminine fit is supported by adjustments on the arms, waist, hips, cuffs, and hem, keeping the garment stable and the protectors in the correct position. Outer pockets, Napoleon pockets, trouser connection, and reflective details make it a practical jacket for medium and long-distance trips, as well as for daily use.
