Description
The LS2 Level 2 Back Protector is a back protector designed to be inserted into the back pocket of jackets. Made of ViscoFlex viscoelastic material, it remains soft and flexible for daily use while absorbing impact energy, achieving CE Level 2 certification according to the EN 1621-2:2014 standard.

Recommended use
It is indicated for those who own an LS2 jacket prepared for a back protector and want to replace the simple foam insert, or to complete a jacket sold without a back protector. A Level 2 offers lower residual force transmission capacity compared to a Level 1, and therefore represents the more protective choice between the two classes provided by the EN 1621-2 standard.

Standard shipping rate: €4.99 for all orders with a total value under €50.00. For orders with a total value exceeding €50.00, free shipping is provided.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aventurx. If for any reason you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
How the refund works
To cover the administrative costs, a fixed fee of €5.00 will be deducted directly from your total refund.
Step-by-step procedure
- Request: Access your Personal Area and select the order you wish to return.
- Authorization: Once the request has been sent, you will receive an email with instructions and the label to apply to the package.
- Shipping: You can drop off the package at a collection point (e.g., BRT, Post Office, InPost) nearest to you.
Quality Control and Return Acceptance
It is essential that the product arrives in our hands in the same condition in which you received it.
- Verification: Once the package is received in the warehouse, our staff will perform a technical check.
- Conditions: The product must be intact, unused, and complete with original packaging. If the product shows signs of wear, damage, or is no longer resalable, the return will unfortunately be rejected.
- Negative outcome: In case of rejection, we will inform you immediately. The product will remain available for collection (at your expense) from our warehouses, or we can send it back to you after charging the shipping costs.
Refund Times
The refund will be made to your original payment method (or, if you prefer, via a voucher valid for 365 days) only after a positive quality control outcome.
