HJC RPHA 72 FULL-FACE HELMET VALUE
Description
The HJC RPHA 72 VALUE FULL-FACE HELMET is a second-generation premium sport-touring helmet, designed for those who want an excellent level of safety and comfort on the road, with good aerodynamics and ventilation.
Safety and construction
-
Shell in Premium Integrated Matrix 2 (PIM), a lightweight and highly resistant composite fiber, with multi-density EPS and 3 or 4 shell sizes depending on the version, ECE 22.06 approved.
-
Standard version weighs approximately 1.45–1.60 kg, and the RPHA 72 Carbon variant (made of aerospace carbon fiber) weighs approximately 1.35 kg, putting less strain on the neck and cervical area.
Aerodynamics and ventilation
-
Design tested in a wind tunnel, with engineered aerodynamics to reduce drag, lift, and turbulence, both in the city and on the highway.
-
Advanced Channeling Ventilation (ACS) system with 2 front intake vents and 2 rear exhaust vents, which channels airflow and reduces heat and humidity inside the helmet.
Visor, interior and comfort
-
Transparent, scratch-resistant HJ-48 Pinlock-ready visor, with an integrated sun visor providing UV protection up to 400 nm; it is often sold with the Pinlock included.
-
Fully removable and washable interior made of antibacterial fabric (like Polygiene), with good attention given to those who wear glasses, thanks to dedicated channels for the temples.
-
Emergency cheek pad release system and cheek pads with quick-release fasteners to facilitate removal by medical personnel in the event of an accident.
Usage and practical notes
-
Suitable for sport-touring use, from daily commutes to long distances, with good noise insulation for its category and comfort that is appreciated on longer rides.
