Validity and Duration
Aventurx Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 365 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
After the expiry date, any remaining credit will no longer be usable or refundable.
Purchase and Delivery Methods
Aventurx Gift Vouchers can be purchased online exclusively in digital format on the website and in physical format in our stores.
In case of online purchase, the Aventurx Gift Voucher will be sent via email in digital format. Our online gift cards are delivered instantly via email as soon as payment is confirmed. They can also be sent directly to a different email address than the purchaser (for example, as a gift).
Usage
The Aventurx Gift Voucher can be used to purchase any product available on our shop aventurx.com, both online and, if applicable, in-store.
Partial uses are possible: the amount spent will be deducted from the available balance, and the remaining credit will remain usable within the validity period.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.
Remaining Credit
In case of partial use, the remaining credit will be retained and can be used for future purchases within the expiry date.
It is not possible to convert the remaining credit into cash.
Refund and Non-Combinability
Aventurx Gift Vouchers are not refundable, neither partially nor fully, except in cases provided by law.
Aventurx Gift Vouchers can be combined with other discounts or offers.
Loss or Theft
Aventurx Gift Vouchers are equivalent to cash: in case of loss, theft or unauthorized use, they cannot be replaced or refunded.
Specific Terms of Use
The store reserves the right to modify the sales conditions of Aventurx Gift Vouchers at any time, with adequate prior notice to buyers.

Right of Withdrawal
