IXON STRIKER 2 AIR WP JACKET
Description
The IXON STRIKER 2 AIR WP JACKET is a highly ventilated summer textile motorcycle jacket with a removable waterproof layer, designed for those who use motorcycles and scooters in the city or on the road and want to stay cool in summer without compromising on rain protection.
Material, ventilation, and waterproofing
-
Exterior in 600D polyester with ripstop and large Hard Mesh panels on the chest, back, biceps, stomach, and forearms for very high ventilation.
-
Removable DryMesh membrane (10,000 mm / 5,000 MVTR) that makes it waterproof and breathable: you can also wear it without the membrane on hot, dry days.
-
Soft mesh interior with no fixed thermal lining, designed as a 3-season jacket, primarily for spring-summer, plus September-early winter only in mild temperatures.
Safety and protection
-
CE class AA certification (EN 17092-3:2020), offering a high level of abrasion resistance for road use.
-
FANOM SEKA-1 shoulder and elbow protectors (type A, level 1) and back protector pocket compatible with FANOM BFB-2 / IX-PRO BFB-2 models (optional).
-
Reflective inserts on the triceps to improve visibility in low-light conditions.
Cut, comfort, and practical use
-
Regular fit, with a classic collar, velcro adjustment on the cuffs, waist, and neck, plus an elastic loop to attach to trousers and mesh bands on the sides for thermal comfort.
-
Two zipped outer pockets and one waterproof inner pocket for your wallet/smartphone, excellent for the city and short trips.
It is a very versatile choice if you are looking for a sporty, light, ventilated jacket that can also be used in the rain without carrying a separate waterproof jacket.
